The Church of Saint Rocco is a Roman Catholic Church situated in the City of Glen Cove, on Long Island, in New York, USA. The pastor of the church is the Reverend Aaron T. Vellaramparampil and the parish is located within the Diocese of Rockville Centre. The church is unique for in addition to serving its local congregation, as a recognized Italian parish, the Church of Saint Rocco can administer to all parishioners of Italian decent within the entire diocese. The beautiful church building was patterned after a church located in Sturno, Italy. Sturno is a town in the province of Avellino from which many residents of Glen Cove or their descendents emigrated. We welcome you to our site where you can find information about the services and activities offered by the parish and highlights of the annual Feast of Saint Rocco. |
